Final sale — no change-of-mind returns
SlabWaxx LLC is based in Georgia, United States. All sales are final for change-of-mind purchases. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, changes in market value, or dissatisfaction with the contents of properly described sealed products. Please review the listing and ask questions before purchasing.
Problems with your order
This policy does not exclude any refund, return, cancellation, warranty, or other remedy required by applicable law. If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, is defective, or materially differs from its description, contact slabwaxx@gmail.com promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. If available, include photos and retain the item and packaging while we investigate. We will provide the resolution required by applicable law.
No final-sale designation overrides your legal rights. We do not require you to waive valid payment-dispute rights to request assistance.
Return instructions and refunds
Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not send returns to Shopify. Where a return is required to resolve our error or a legally valid claim, we will explain the return-shipping arrangements and cover costs where required by law. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within the legally required timeframe; your bank may require additional time to post them.
Order cancellations
Contact us promptly to request cancellation. Voluntary cancellation requests are not guaranteed once processing begins. This does not affect cancellations or refunds required by law, including applicable rights when we cannot ship as promised.
