Shipping policy

United States shipping

SlabWaxx LLC ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping. Available shipping services and charges are displayed before an order is placed.

Processing and delivery

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Carrier transit time begins after dispatch and is additional to this processing time. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless an express guarantee is offered. Any special processing schedule for an item will be disclosed before purchase.

Shipping delays

If we cannot ship within the promised time or the timeframe required by applicable law, we will notify you and offer the choice to consent to a revised shipping date or cancel for an appropriate refund, as required by law.

Shipping addresses

Please check your shipping address before ordering. Contact slabwaxx@gmail.com promptly to request a correction. We cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

Contact slabwaxx@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If available, include photos of the item and packaging, and retain them while we investigate. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue and provide any remedy required by law. A carrier scan does not automatically eliminate your legal rights or our legal responsibilities.
