Products and condition

We sell trading cards and collectibles. Review each listing for the version, language, condition, grading status, included contents, price, and availability. Raw cards are ungraded; no future grade is guaranteed. Third-party grades reflect the grading company’s assessment. Photos may look different because of lighting and screen settings. Contact us before purchasing if an important detail is unclear. These statements do not excuse an inaccurate listing or misdescribed item.

Collectible values and sealed products

Market values may rise or fall. We do not promise future value, investment returns, resale prices, or grading outcomes. A market-price change alone does not create a refund entitlement. Contents of randomized sealed products are not guaranteed beyond the manufacturer’s stated contents or guarantees specifically disclosed in the listing.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping details. Review the total and any shipping charges and taxes before ordering. If an item is unavailable, a material listing error is discovered, or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to resolve the issue or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement. We may decline orders where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

We ship within the United States only. See our shipping policy for processing and delivery information. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation; changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch. Sales are final for change-of-mind purchases as described in our return and refund policy. Required legal remedies remain available.

Use of this website

Do not use this store for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malicious software, or interference with its operation. Do not reproduce protected site content without permission except as allowed by law. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their owners. Their appearance does not by itself imply endorsement or an authorized-dealer relationship.

Availability and responsibility

We may update site content or interrupt access for maintenance. This does not remove our obligations for existing orders. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or relieves us of obligations for the goods we sell.

These terms are governed by Georgia law to the extent permitted by applicable law, without depriving customers of mandatory protections that otherwise apply.
